When using commercial cooking equipment the high BTU draw on the gas tank can cause a small tank to ice up. This greatly reduces or can stop the flow of gas to the equipment until the tank warms up. It is strongly recommended that a minimum 30lb tank is used for any of our cooking equipment for proper operation.
